These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the bestplasticcards.com website and your purchase of products and services from Best Plastic Cards ("we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes & orders

Quotes are estimates based on the specifications you provide and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once you approve your quote and digital proof and we receive payment or an authorized deposit. Pricing depends on quantity, materials, finishing, and encoding options.

Artwork & proofs

You are responsible for the accuracy of the artwork, text, data files, and specifications you submit, and for ensuring you have the right to use any logos, images, or content provided. We will supply a digital proof for your approval before production. Once you approve a proof, you are responsible for its content, including spelling, colors, layout, and encoded data. We are not liable for errors present in approved proofs.

Color & production variances

Because of differences between screen displays and printing processes, printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor. Minor variations in color, cut, and finishing are normal in custom printing and do not constitute defects.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods we may offer. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Orders are processed after payment is received and verified.

Production & shipping

Estimated production and delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Cancellations

Because every order is custom-produced, cancellations may be accepted only before production begins. Once artwork is approved and production has started, an order generally cannot be canceled. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the artwork and trademarks you provide. The contents of this website, including our logo, text, and graphics, are owned by Best Plastic Cards and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Best Plastic Cards is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
