Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your cards. Because every order is custom-manufactured to your approved artwork and specifications, the policy below explains when refunds, reprints, and returns apply.

Our quality guarantee

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, a material flaw, or a production error on our part — meaning the finished cards do not match the proof you approved — we will reprint the affected cards or issue a refund for them at no additional cost.

Reporting a problem

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. To report a defect or error, contact us at sales@bestplasticcards.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected cards. This helps us resolve your claim quickly.

Custom products & approved proofs

Because our products are personalized and printed to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

Reviewing your digital proof carefully before approving it is the best way to ensure your cards arrive exactly as intended. We're happy to send a physical sample on request.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before you approve your proof and production begins. Once production has started, the order generally cannot be canceled because materials and press time have been committed.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
